Head Pizzaiolo
Lead our pizza production team in crafting authentic Neapolitan pies using traditional techniques and the finest imported ingredients. As Head Pizzaiolo, you'll set the standard for quality, train junior kitchen staff, and help develop our seasonal menu offerings.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional pizza or Italian kitchen experience
- Proficiency with wood-fired oven techniques
- Strong knowledge of dough fermentation and Italian flour types
- Leadership and team mentoring abilities
Front-of-House Server
Be the face of Pizzana and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You'll guide customers through our menu, manage tables with efficiency and warmth, and ensure every visit ends with a smile and a satisfied stomach.
What We're Looking For
- Prior restaurant serving experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality and genuine customer care
Sous Chef
Support the Head Chef in managing daily kitchen operations, overseeing prep work, and ensuring every dish leaving the pass meets Pizzana's exacting standards. A critical role for someone who thrives under pressure and takes pride in precision cooking.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in a sous chef or senior line cook role
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional training
- Ability to manage inventory, ordering, and food cost
- Strong organizational skills and calm under pressure
Delivery Driver
Bring the Pizzana experience straight to our customers' doors. As a Delivery Driver, you'll ensure orders arrive hot, fresh, and on time while representing our brand with professionalism and a friendly attitude.
What We're Looking For
- Valid California driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle or access to one
- Knowledge of Los Angeles neighborhoods and traffic patterns
- Positive attitude and time-management skills
Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Help tell the Pizzana story across digital channels. You'll manage our Instagram, Facebook, and email campaigns, shoot beautiful food content, engage our community, and help grow our brand presence throughout Los Angeles and beyond.
What We're Looking For
- Experience managing brand social media accounts
- Photography and basic video editing skills
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, etc.)
- Creative storytelling ability and eye for food aesthetics
